How is she feeling?  I just fractured my wrist a couple of weeks ago and am in a cast too.  We are going on Dawn tomorrow.  Great live review.  safe travels!

She is doing well. Made it in the ocean at the soggy dollar bar in tortola, bvi.

Jost Van Dyke fun in the sun.

We boarded the rebel yell and headed off to jvd. The ride from ship to island was about 45 minutes.

We were brought right up to the beach. Then we headed to the soggy dollar bar, where they had plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas.

Soggy has a webcam on their website. We screenshotted us from the camera lol, tourists.

Just some thoughts while I'm laying here heading back to San Juan.

If you choose to purchase any internet plan, we chose the unlimited plan (not the premium unlimited). The service is pretty horrible. To upload 1 photo, it can take anywhere from 10 seconds to mostly almost a minute for each photo. Can't wait to get home and not kill my battery after uploading a few photos. That's if you can connect. Some areas you can't even get on the internet.

In the room on the dawn, there is only 1 outlet. A standard 3 prong outlet found in any USA home. We brought a strip with 4 plugs to charge things.

The entertainment on the dawn was great Day 1+2. But with the demographics on the ship being an average age of 60, it was a snooze cruise. Lacking things to do at night, and who wants to gamble every day. Check the dailies and you'll see what I mean.

We had lunch at the soggy dollar. Start serving at 11am. The food is brought to your table according to the number they give you to set on your table top.

The special was a lobster roll, and yes it was real lobster served with fries for the cheap price of $25. We also ordered conch fritters for $10. The fritters had little hard pieces in them, not my thing.

The table had condiments like ketchup, mustard and hot sauce.

Oh the painkillers run $7 a piece.

Back to the ship we go. Where did 11 days go? Went by so fast. I had a quick snack at osheehans then took a nap. Too many painkillers.

Went to dinner at bamboo, no seating available and no reservations were made so we could order at the sushi bar.

I had fried pork dumplings which were amazing, king pao chicken not too bad either and sushi which is outstanding.

Off to bed. Arriving early in San Juan. We have a late flight after 4pm. So either get to the airport and wait from 7am to 4pm or find something else to do with all your luggage.

We chose an excursion through NCL. Rainforest bus tour with airport transfer. Pictures to follow. Then I will upload all the miscellaneous photos when I get better service.

Looking forward to the pictures.  We booked the same tour as our flight back at the end of March is 430p.

Last stop was at la coca falls. Nothing special here. I posted a photo of the bus we took, not much room and cramped.

Really wish we would've chose the city tour. Each stop has some vendor. A really bland tour. We have a park that resembles this and all its green, minus the Caribbean feel.

Then off to the airport.

Finally made it to the airport. Time for lunch. I ordered the cheeseburger in paradise, well done. Looking forward to something good to eat.

I was wrong. Came out very pink inside. Sent it back and it was taken off the bill.

The prices are outrageous here. $4.50 for a coke. Geez.

Forgot to post our room service order one night.

Pepperoni pizza, ham deli sandwich, chicken caesar salad and 4 juices.

The room service pizza is amazing. Way better than the buffet. The sandwich would be better off used as fish bait, it was awful. My wife loves the caesar salads.

You can order whatever you like for just $7.95.
