Deleting an unwanted cruise?

While playing with the HAL website I have mistakenly made a booking, I haven't paid for anything but I don't want the booking, how do I delete it from my bookings?

How did you manage to do that? The prevailing opinion (I don't agree) on this forum is that the HAL website is unusable....

Why don’t you just call HAL.

haha, don't ask me - I was just trying to check pricing. I ended up booking the cruise with a TA and so now I have 2 booking reference numbers. I just want to delete the one I haven't paid for.

I am currently travelling in Argentina, also wondering would I call the US or Australia (I am Australian but the booking seems to be in USD).

I was hoping there was some kind of delete button

FlorenceItaly is correct. It will die a natural death when HAL doesn't receive a deposit.

It should disappear when you don't pay for it.

IMO if you haven't paid a deposit you have really booked it, you've just put a temporary hold on a cabin.

Yes.  TAs & PCC will tell you the same thing.  We've done this many times, trying to decide if the cruise is worth the price or if the cabin we selected is the best one for us, considering the price and location.

I agree but it is under my bookings and has a reference etc and been there for over a week. Asks me if I want to check in etc. I confused it with the actual booking and that is why I want to delete it.
