Western Caribbean Equinox Chic Nights

Sailing on 20th April on a 7 night WC itinerary, can anyone please confirm the Chic Nights ?

The App indicates that Day three has one, are they always the same days ?

Normal Itinerary:

Key West

Sea Day

Costa Maya

Cozumel

Grand Cayman

Sea Day

We don't dress any different for chic nights than any other night.  I wear long slacks and an open collar shirt.😃

I am on the same sailing and not sure I trust the app yet - it is changing frequently (looking good though). 

 

It matters only because of the MDR menus and the possibility of specialty dining

Recently on the Equinox Western.  Chic Night No. 1 was day Three - after Costa Maya.  The second was was Thursday night after Grand Cayman.  Both days have the best food in the MDR.

Thanks for your response, but Day Three is a Sea Day, Day Four is Costa Maya, so assume they will be Day Three & Day Six Grand Cayman ?

Usually Day 2 and day 6 which would be first at Key West and Grand Cayman. Celebrity very often has Chic night on port days. They might change first one to day three.

I thought 1 was always lobster night in the MDR. That would be day 6 on our 6/15 cruise right now.  The menus do seem to be changing in the app though....for the better from what I see!

Last time I was on this itinerary the 1st Evening Chic night was the third night of the Sea Day and the 2nd was the next to last night, Grand Cayman.

I thought the first sea day  would be a chic/good MDR night.  I called it wrong. On the Western voyage it was Tuesday night - I guess actually that would be Day 4, after Costa Maya.  It surprised my planning.

Again, my mistake.  The first dress-up (AKA good dining in MDR) WAS Night 4, after Costa Maya.  So if you have a dining package, do NOT use it that night (Hint - rack of lamb in the main dining room).

I guess the OP will have to wait till onboard to see for sure.  I’m pretty certain they’re not going to have the Evening Chic nights on nights 3 and 4....

When someone asks what nights are Chic nights, it would be nice to know what cabin category they have since the Evening Chic  dress code only applies to to those eating in the MDR.

Not everyone is asking because of dress code. Some want to pre book specialty restaurants.
