GreenValleyDogWalker Posted May 22, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2019 (edited) Hello - we have cruised on Princess, NCL and Celebrity for the last 25 years - and have become quite spoiled with the suites perks on each. We love the Breakfast for suite passengers (served either in a separate dining room just for Suite passengers - or in one of the Specialty Dining Restaurants). We also enjoy either have a separate dining room for all meals (Celebrity) - or a special section of the main dining room for Dinner, etc. (Princess) We have found the absolutely PERFECT itinerary on the Vision of the Seas - so am wondering about the comparison of the Suite Benefits.(We are looking at booking a Grand Suite) I have read the literature from Royal Caribbean - it does appear that we would have breakfast in one of the Specialty Dining Restaurants (?) - Plus all of the other perks that we are used to from the other cruise lines - (Priority this and that, Concierge services, etc.) with the exception of the question about where Suite Guests have dinner. In a Separate Dining Room (?) Or ??? Thank you to anyone that can offer answers to our question - and can offer a comparison Edited May 22, 2019 by GreenValleyDogWalker

GreenValleyDogWalker Posted May 22, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted May 22, 2019 So - Suite Passengers eat in the Main Dining Rooms ? (unless they book one of the Specialist Dining Restaurants ?
ladysail2 Posted May 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 22, 2019 Yes, that’s right! Or, they can eat in the Wind Jammer, the buffet area, or have room service.

Merion_Mom Posted May 22, 2019 #6 Share Posted May 22, 2019 Vision is pretty low on the "suite perks" barometer. For maximum suite perks you need to be on Oasis class ships or Quantum class ships. (in that order)
GreenValleyDogWalker Posted May 22, 2019 Author #7 Share Posted May 22, 2019 OK - thanks, everyone for the prompt replies (and information !)
George C Posted May 22, 2019 #8 Share Posted May 22, 2019 I love celebrity perks way better than rccl and hal my two only other full suite cruise lines , celebrity is not normally open for lunch on port days for suite restaurant, but quality of food when open is way better than rccl suite restaurant. I do perfer suites on rccl and entertainment is normally much much better on rccl.

If you are accustomed to NCL suite/Haven perks, you would be disappointed with what you get in a Grand Suite.
