Does anyone know if the balcony rooms on the Freedom of the Seas have coffee pots in the room?  We were hoping to make our own coffee in the mornings.

No only  JS and up have coffee pots in the room.

you *might* be able to ask the cabin steward for one, but as a general rule only JS and up have them for all sailings out of North America.

that being said, the provided machines are not very good.  its a single cup maker and the provided filters are 4 cups.   so,  extra strong coffee.   which isn't bad if you are  Ex Navy and used to industrial strength sludge.

Room service coffee is still free and you can  pre order it to be delivered at a certain time.

Just hit the Plaza Café and bring your larger mug.  Coffee is free, Seattles Best (Starbucks Junior, LOL). And you pour your own.  Takes about as much time as waiting for the Keurig/Nespresso type pots.

Room service.  Much less of a mess.
