Is it anything like the beds in The Haven? Does it separate into two twins or is it one piece? The bed is very comfortable. Nice, thick pillow top mattress. It is a king size mattress, so the bed does not split.
Rare BirdTravels Posted August 7, 2019 Author #154 Share Posted August 7, 2019 Laundry Day! The Fill-A-Bag is actually being offered one day later than normal. It is a 2-day service returning on the last night of the cruise for $19.95. Embarkation Day, the laundry offers 50% off of pressing those wrinkled clothes. Everyday, you can send your clothes out for next day and same day cleaning. But, like a cleaners at home, pay by the piece.

Linda the Book Lover Posted August 7, 2019 #156 Share Posted August 7, 2019 I loved this review with all of the pictures. This a beautiful ship. As always you shared tons of information. I will keep on my 2022 list. We already have plans for the next three years (Getaway, CCL Panorama, and MSC for my birthday 2021). Unless we hit the lotto it has to be one cruise a year.

We don’t feel that it is crowded. For us, it’s just another megaship. But, within the last year, we have been on the Getaway, Escape, Harmony of the Seas and Symphony of the Seas. This cruise has been sold out for a few weeks. The Joy has a capacity of 3900 passengers. This week, there are 4600 passengers onboard (lots of 3rd and 4th bunks taken). Everything is relative. On a small ship, there may be 2 Teppanyaki table. On the Joy, there are 16 tables. The Observation Lounge uses 1/3 of Deck 15 for open space to sit and relax. They removed a lot of rooms to create the lounge during the dry dock.
