Serenade of the Seas aft staircase: crew only?

We're booked on Serenade of the Seas in an aft cabin. My husband says he's read online that the aft staircase on this ship is for crew only. I can't find anything that would support or refute that. Can anyone who's been on this ship comment?

Thanks!

Likely.  Rules are for others.

Freedom has an aft shortcut as well.

I'm hoping Allure has one to get from 8 to 7.

FWIW, lots of newbies think we're crew anyway.

I get stopped at least once a day with questions

Repeat post #5.

I take it you don't speed. 🤔

Maybe it's like the dress code, merely a suggestion.  You share that advice all the time. 😉
