Equinox Luggage Valet?

Struggling with our return flight from FLL, does the Equinox offer Luggage Valet service? Yes our flight would be late enough. Just trying to plan how we will spend our time in Fort Lauderdale before our flight and having some kind of transport service for our luggage to the airport would be fantastic.

Yes.  Used it 2 weeks ago.  Remember to signup by the deadline which is a few days before debarkation.

ive used it a number of times and even called to make sure it was available. i'm on the equinox now , received the boarding passes and luggage tags then got a call from guest services earlier today and was told ours was cancelled and she said she didn’t have any other info. i called american airlines to make sure there was no problem with our flight and was told our reservation was active and we were checked in.

Best $25 per person you can spend if your flights & airlines work out.

Be aware if your luggage valet is canceled after being issued that the airline will have bags listed as issued and you will have to have them canceled before getting new ones. Also if you used onboard credit it will be credited to your account but if you then have a credit balance make sure you use it. Never had a problem before and will attempt to use again but it was a disappointment

You can be randomly denied Luggage Valet by the authorizes with no reason given.

This is an airline program...in that each airline has their own rules.... so your flight has to depart within a window.... so not too early and not too late... but it depends upon the airline and port. We wanted to do so but our flight was leaving 5 minutes too early. Other people wanted to spend the day site seeing... but because their flight departed after 6pm they were turned down... so you need to ask about the policy for your airline when you get on board... so you can plan.  but it is well worth the $25/pp... especially if your spouse has mobility issues and you have to handle everything..just one thing off the list

Yes.  The luggage valet form I've seen said that Southwest Airlines participated and flights must depart before 6pm.

  Yes, indeed.  Used the service Sept. 7 in FL departing the Equinox and flying SW.  In our case, the service was flawless and well worth every cent.

thank you for your quick replies.  one more question.... we have a good amount of OBC to use on our cruise, can we use the OBC to pay for the airline baggage transfers to the airport?  thanks again.

The cost of Luggage Valet and any fees for checked bags will be charged to your on board account so you will be using OBC.

Delta does participate for domestic flights.

If you get to baggage claim and your bag doesn't come out on the conveyor belt...check with the baggage office.  Mine didn't, because it had come in on an earlier flight!.  EM
