It shouldn't be a problem as titanium will not register in a magnetometer and is also safe for getting MRIs.  In the unlikely event  they use an advanced millimeter wave scanner, as they do at most large US airports, then your implant will show up on the image and they will wand you.

I got a card from the doctor after my first knee replacement  in 2014. Didnt get any in 2016 when they did the other knee. Figured they weren't doing it anymore

I have not been so fortunate. I had a titanium knee implanted in August. Since then, I have set off each magnetometer I have "met" in 2 major airports and two major sports arenas.
