Can't get thru to RC!

How is anyone supposed to cancel within 48 hours if the number for RC is consistently busy. Can anyone else get thru or is it just me?? I have tried 866-562-7625 and 800-256-6649.

Called last evening and as others posted, waited about 2-3 minutes then rep came on the line and canceled upcoming cruise. Was all finished in about 5 minutes total. Plus I just called the main number not the CA

Probably best to call late at night or really early in the am

Give it a day or so for the panic to die down. We're in a "panic early and avoid the rush" cycle right now.

When I lived in Guam I would call around dinner time. Here in the states I call when I get up, around 5am mountain time. I generally don't have to wait more than 2-3 minutes at most. 

 

I would expect a higher call volume in the next few days in particular. I am not sure when your 48 hours is up but keep calling and try different times of the day.

I think this may be more of a general telephone company issue than RCI.  I'm in northern NJ and I'm having problems calling just about any toll-free number.

any time up until 48 hours prior to sailing. I'm not trying to cancel tho....just need to get thru to RC.

I have never had a wait time calling between 5- 6am Eastern Standard time.  Have been doing that for many many years now

You should wait for off peak time. Since I called two days ago, things have heated up.

 

Just relax and wait until say 11pm tonight.

But if you are in urgent need then get a snack and something to read while you wait. And charge your cell phone too.
