Vision skipping St Maarten..

I was watching the St Maarten web cam, and vision was scheduled, and came close and kept on going.... wonder why....

St. Maarten extended the travel restrictions from 14 to 21 days. Maybe they turned the ship away.

Grandeur is going to St. Thomas instead.

The travel restriction depends on where people have been within the last 21 days. Maybe EDGE was cleared.

Ohhh. That would really suck to be the person who made everyone else have to change their plans!

Royal just changed their policy on the weekend to extend from 14 to 20 days for Caribbean sailings.  If these ships departed before that was put in place they would not be allowed to dock.  the Edge may have left after.

Supposedly the Edge was the only ship that could prove that no one was sick.  Don't have a clue how they go about doing that but I read it on FB so it must be true😇

I think they left March 8th  I have a friend onboard

I am on Granduer. We were denied entry to St. Thomas on are way to Dominica after a short medical disembarked of 1 person.

You are probably using one of the trackers that only goes by posted itinerary and not live updates to actual position

We are on the Edge now and you are correct. 
Supposedly Celebrity burned the midnight oil to prove that none of its passengers were in any level 3 country for the last 21 days.

We are in St Maarten now and enjoying a beautiful day.

Sorry about your ships not being able to dock here.  This island really needs the revenue
