Linda- yes that is part of the reason.  But many people choose just not to get vaccinated.  It is not limited to just influenza vaccines.

Like you, it’s a waiting game for us, too. Our deadline is May 23rd.  We’re just sitting tight and hoping there’s some money left in the pot by then.
