It started about Jan 2.  It was suppose to be a 119 day cruise

Commenced January 6th in Marseille, 116 nights, scheduled to finish 1st May in Marseille according to my 'friendly' ship app.

 Does not sound like there has been any cruise line that has done the 'right thing' , so I guess this will get them all 'off the hook'. What do lawyers call this kind of defense?

According to the head of the CDC cruise ship task  (Cindy Friendman) it sounds like regardless who is guilty, we are all going to pay the price.
