When it is issued, you can find it by signing into Princess and then on the "My Account" drop down menu select "Future Cruise Credits."

 

Even if you missed the deadline for requesting a refund, you can contact Princess and ask for that option if they have not processed your booking yet.

Finally got the FCC for a fully paid for cruise we canceled, sail date 30th May 2020. We had the the monetary part back just after we canceled it. We have also had the deposits back for 4 cruises which Princess canceled. Now dare we book something for late next year so as to use the FCC of about 2 grand ?

Still waiting from February cancellation 164days for full refund, this is now with our credit card company, but who know if we will get any joy. Yesterday Cruise2 phoned to say Princess cancelled Regal Princess 14th November Singapore to OZ so have to start the process again,  only going to wait up to 90 days this time, then will go to Credit Card company for refund. We have FCC to use not booking anything until we get our refunds.

Glad to report all refunds now back for the original date of June and the 2nd attempt of August! This includes double deposit back as FCC for the August one.  They have changed next June's from Grand to Regal which I was not best pleased with but have upgraded us to superior balcony so very happy over all!

@ellie1145    Hi - looks like your post has been blocked prob due to

quoting the  TAs name.    Maybe too late but If you can just edit it out , it will clear it and it will post.

If you cant but you can see it  Copy it and paste it in notepad or somewhere

then you can edit it and repost at some point - save typing it all out again.

Anyway  have they said why they havent refunded you?

Maybe say you are thinking of a small claims court  claim just the threat

might get the action.   If you are on  fb or titter    have a go at them that

way.
