We were supposed to be there later this month. Oh well, at least unlike some others we got our money back already.

Have to say sunrises and sunsets are two of things I really miss about being on the water.   We are booked for a new years cruise on the Koningsdam crossing our fingers

I would have been there in 12 days had this crisis not happened this year. First time that I would have visited Norway too which I have heard nothing but good things about. This is hard to look at as I am not going to rebook for 2021 at this time given so much uncertainty out there. Norway may just go down in my books as the country that never was meant to be. Oh how I miss cruising! Thanks for the photo anyway.

We’ve done Norway twice and it is beautiful but we also equally enjoyed Alaska and the inside passage, it is also spectacular.  Just food for thought if you want to stay closer to home.

 

We are the same with Tahiti. Been trying to go and have had to cancel for a Zika outbreak, surgery, and now Covid.

This was during the sail-in to Eidfjord so my guess is Hardangerfjord.

We were supposed to have sailed to Eidfjord on the Nieuw Statendam last month. Oh well, we had our deposit reallocated for next July. On the spanking new Ryndam too! 😁

I think you'll see the Ryndam delayed , don't know how long as the ship yard was closed for a couple of months and when they started up again it was not at full capacity. I think you'll see changes to her schedule/ itinerary.
