Were D+ and sailing in a JS for our upcoming April 2021Anthem cruise~~ praying!!  Id like to know if its worth it to purchase the Key.

You need to look at all the benefits that come with it and ask yourself if you really need them / it is worth to pay that premium and based on that taking your decision. As D+ you have certain benefits already, hence you need to see if these are enough for you or not.

The value of The Key is directly proportional to the cost of VOOM surf 'n' stream on your cruise.

For one person, yes.  But generally the price for the two-device Voom is significantly cheaper than the price for two Key packages.
