Don

You have country 👍and it's not a sheep but a goat which is clue to the city 😉. And don't worry he had a profitable day that day. All the schools seemed to be having an excursion during our visit and the kids enjoyed taking photos with the goat.

Could it be the old market square in  Poznan ??

You got it🤗. The goats are a bit of a symbol of the city. The white castellated building has a clock and above it at noon two mechanical goats come out and butt heads. They have had it since 1551.The story goes that a chef trying to kill some goats lost control of them and they ran up into the clock tower inadvertently providing a show to the people below. The mayor thought it was so funny he wanted it commemorated in the clock tower. Poznan has to be one of the most decorated medieval town centres. The building around all are uniquely decorated which was a thing merchant families who use to own the houses did to show off. Poznan is also famous for the St. Martin’s Croissant which is a legally protected recipe and there is museum dedictated to its history where you can be sure to try the official recipe which IMO was delicious😋.

Since Don is out anyone else can volunteer a pic😊.
