Can anyone fell me if the airport has early check in?  Ariving at 7:00 AM. Also what is the best way to get to Pomai on your own? Thank you in advance.

I have stayed at that Hilton several times. You have to contact the hotel directly for early check in and may have to pay for the night before if you arrive in the morning. They would probably hold your bags while you go to Rome for a few hours. They did offer a free shuttle into Rome & back. Don’t know if this is still the case.
there is a car rental place at FCO which is how we got to Pompei.

Been a few years but our car service picked us up at the pier at 6:30, dropped luggage off at Hilton at 7:15.  Rode train into Rome, then high speed train down to Naples and transferred platforms to the other rail line that runs by Pompeii.  Lots of info on doing this on the port board, which is how we found out about it.  One post: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/search/?&q=pompeii&type=forums_topic&page=2&nodes=464&search_and_or=or&sortby=relevancy

Then took the trains back to the airport after a long day (12 hours, but partly an excuse to ride the high speed train).  We were flying out the next morning and had spent a few days in Rome before the cruise.  This route is easier if you are in Rome but connections did work with airport trains.

We stayed at this hotel last year and arrived around 8:30 AM.  Of course

our room was not ready but we asked if we could get into the lounge early.  The lounge was not open but they gave us vouchers for breakfast so we were able to relax in the dining room with a full buffet breakfast.  They weren't obligated to this  so we were pleasantly surprised with this service without asking.

Im sorry imiss spoke, I meant to say Hilton Hotel at the Rome Airport.

Your title says Rome Hilton airport. There is a walkway from FCO to the Hilton. Easy to walk, but hotel offers shuttle to further terminal

if you are arriving/ going to the port which is about 90 minutes ride from Rome, I have used RomeCabs-& Princess transfers.

A private car service maybe a good option to go from Hilton to Pompei for the day. If staying longer train from Rome terminal to Naples is another option. Lots of walking at Pompei. A long day.

We arrived around 9:00 AM post-cruise, and they held our luggage for us, since our room would not be ready until the afternoon. We then took their complimentary shuttle into Rome for the day. Checking in for our flight the next day involved walking across the parking lot and up into an enclosed walkway all the way to our terminal.

This hotel was excellent for a short stay and super convenient.

Perhaps it should be mentioned that it takes about 2 1/2 hours to drive from the Hilton (or the airport) to Pompeii.  A private car/driver would be very expensive as you would need to hire them for nearly an entire day.  A much less expensive alternative is to simply rent a car (easy to do at FCO) and drive yourself.  It is a relatively easy drive until you get close to Pompeii (where things are a bit more congested).  From the Hotel or Airport to Naples is all on major highways.  Rather then paying 400+ Euros for a car/driver you can easily rent a car for less then 100 Euros.  Keep in mind that a car/driver does not get you a guide inside Pompeii as those guides must be licensed by the government.  But anyone arriving at the ruins can join a small group tour or hire a private guide although just getting an audio guide at the entrance will let you go at your own pace and give you more info then you would want in a lifetime.   If you really want to be "ruined" you can also do Herculaneum (they even sell combination entry tickets for both Pompeii and Herculaneum) although I think that is a bit more then most folks want to do in a single day.
