One-A-Day Dec From Afar

Today's bauble was bought in Clermont Ferrand. It raises a smile every year because I bought a chocolate nativity scene on the same day, it was not the best idea when I had to carry a delicate parcel along with my briefcase and suitcase a few days before Christmas with connecting flights in Paris.

David decided that it would be funny to wind my niece up on Boxing Day and ate the baby Jesus from the crib, she was 4 at the time and refused to speak to him for months afterwards. 😱😱

Yes, they are very good and package them with lots of small polystyrene balls which go everywhere when you unpack! Here is another one we bought a few years later with balls still attached.
