I think you are confusing NCL with something else. I've never done it any other way than through email. I emailed the PCC I have worked with for the past several cruises. I do not hold out hope there. I could not find any telephone number to call so I can provide my “case number if I need to contact them”. Next I will mail it. We shall see. Any suggestions appreciated. I did that to check on mine and whomever answered, put me on hold, checked with the department, and then told me it was approved. Couldn't hurt to try. I got an email this afternoon confirming that the OBC was added to my account. I had also cashed in points for OBC via the NCL Mastercard the same day. Now I have received two updated Amenities Confirmations reflecting both of these as well as a new invoice with the codes NCLHBENE and WP200 added to it. Have done this multiple times. Now I am getting no response. I feel ghosted. My wife tells me I am real but I wonder if NCL knows I exist. They took my money for my cruise.
