Sorry to revive an old thread, but this is what happens on my account too.  I'm booked for next year on the Bliss, and it's super confusing.  Did anyone get this resolved?  When I look online:

Then, when I look at my cruise confirmation, it doesn't even show Dawes glacier & Endicott arm, it shows the whole day in Juneau:

I've reached out to my PCC, who says there are two Bliss itineraries (?).  She said she's getting back to me, but it's certainly confusing.  I do want what is advertised on the website (Dawes glacier & Endicott arm post-Juneau Tuesday afternoon).

Departing Juneau at 23:00, no way they have sufficient time to steam to Endicott and then reach next port by 07:00. It would also be totally dark.

If my memory is correct, Tracy Arm/Endicott is about 70 - 80 miles from Juneau, so 4 to 6 hrs steaming. Need to sail from Juneau around 14:00 to 15:00, depending on speed made good.

OK it looks like the Glacier Bay trips are early and late in the season (apr and sept/oct) the rest of the time they visit Dawes Glacier in Endicott Arm. The visit to the glacier occurs after Juneau where they leave around 1300, visit the glacier and move on top ISP.
