How do I contact John Heald? I don’t want anything free, just have a question I think he can answer. Thanks in advance for your help!

Facebook is the best method to contact him. Either he or Jacinta will respond to you.

When you go to his Facebook page, he usually has a live video wher he talks about various things, makes announcements. You don’t have to do anything other than click on the video.

You can go to the Community page on his Facebook page and ask your question there.  Either he or his assistant, Jacinta, will reply to you.

I've not received a response in over a month from any of these methods to contact John Heald concerning an error Carnival made.  I only see him responding to people asking for freebies.

Received reply to two different questions from John or Jacinta within 24 hours both times.  Very grateful to have them as a source for additional assistance!

They are so annoying and the primary reason the block feature exists. Even when John IS on and they know he's on and he's responding promptly they gotta be him. Apparently they never heard Sinatra sing: " I Gotta Be Me. "
