jeremyosborne81 Posted September 29, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2021 I thought the Celebrity policy was that any non-alcoholic beverages were ok to bring onboard. However, looking at their FAQs it now looks like we can't bring any beverages onboard. Did this change recently? I was hoping to bring a case of water and/or soda with me. Bo1953 Posted September 29, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 29, 2021 Take a look at "Before You Board FAQ's" at X's website... those beverages are not specifically prohibited at all, based on my interpretation... Bring it on and it was reported that you may have to carry it on yourself, YMMV. Cheers and bon voyage
Rare DaKahuna Posted September 30, 2021 #3 Share Posted September 30, 2021 I prefer Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke, the latter being what they serve on ships. In a couple of ports I have purchased a couple of plastic bottles of Diet Pepsi and brought back aboard.

If you have the basic drink package included, there is no need for water. You can get as much as you want from any bar.
Rare mom says Posted September 30, 2021 #5 Share Posted September 30, 2021 I thought there was a new policy for water and soft drinks. In line with their conservation measures, a limited number of non alcoholic drinks in cans or cardboard containers (not plastic or glass), and only in your carry on luggage. But I may be confusing this with another line.

For some of us, it is not about the economics or quantities of 'liquid' consumed in having any of the offered drink packages. Yet, most of us will understand and accept your position on it, regardless. Cheers and bon voyage
lbryant Posted September 30, 2021 #9 Share Posted September 30, 2021 My husband and son-in-law are Pepsi drinkers. On our July 17 Edge cruise each of them carried on a 24-pack. We were told it would be fine as long as it wasn't packed in our suitcases. No problem boarding with them.
TeaBag Posted September 30, 2021 #10 Share Posted September 30, 2021 I was under the impression that the baggage handlers got fed up with people bringing cases of soft drinks on board with their luggage. It made for a lot of extra work for them. I thought people were allowed to carry on their own cases of soft drinks.

As TeaBag stated you need to bring it as carry on not in the bags you turn over to the porters.

I like the Flow cucumber and mint flavor as an everyday drinking water. May bring a 6 pack onboard
SbbquilterUT Posted October 2, 2021 #14 Share Posted October 2, 2021 I travel with our water bottles and fill them with ice and water each day. We are desert dwellers so this a habit for us and the water stays cold longer in stainless steel bottles.
