I've not seen any board like that.

Thank you, if you find out they have one, please post here and let me know. It is a message board that I know they used to have and it gets moved around. I am just trying to figure out if they still have it and where it might be.

Did she also suggest what the living arrangements are like on the island?  I've wondered if people get their own room, share with another person like in a cabin, or if they live in a dorm style building.  I'm guessing with 400 people, there are at least some dorms that sleep many people in one room.

@Ozark_Kid John was it you that had a photo of the living guarters/building on cococay that was taken from top of waterslides?

We are now headed back to Bayonne, New Jersey. I am not so happy that the captain said we are heading back to New York, but I get it . . . It is the New York area. Anyway, we will arrive at Cape Liberty on Sunday morning.

Funny enough, MarineTraffic.com thinks you are headed to Bayonne France.  The forecast plot is trans-Atlantic :^)

Thanks for the reports... I'll be coming down Sunday.

Hahaha, yes I have noticed that too on occasion. It is often the first officer who enters the info into the Global AIS (automatic identification system ).  I was on a Bridge tour a couple of years ago, and the first officer suggested that sometimes the destination port is entered incorrectly.

Hello everyone and good morning. Welcome to DAY 6 of "LIVE" on Anthem of the Seas.

Today is the first of two days at sea on our way back to Cape Liberty.
There are activities scheduled non-stop throughout the day. Walk a Mile, Bumper Cars, Dance Classes, FlowRider, RipCord and many others. . . I think I may try "Secrets to a Flatter stomach"

The new Port of Nassau is experiencing a very interesting transformation. It's tough to see now, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Port Nassau will soon offer a new Passenger Terminal, new Entertainment venues, and lots of new Shopping choices.

The Marine portion of the port will be increased and there will be berths for up to 7 Cruise ships including 3 Oasis-class ships. I am hoping most of this will be completed during 2022.
Here are a few pics from this morning and a few Port Nassau renderings.

Thanks for tuning in.

Thanks for all the posts. We are boarding the 12th for the 12 day cruise. Kindly pass along anything you hear about an additional/special activities that might occur.

Whoa! Where is that glass stairway landing? I need to stay away.

Are they having the Meet and Mingles yet?

The Anthem really doesn’t have a library, just a few shelves with a few books.

I was there yesterday. It has a small library accessible from the balcony of 270.   The are two bookcases with lots of books, at least there were yesterday. Also has reading tables.

There is also a secret unmarked door from the end of deck 6

I have never seen or heard of an egg pizza.  Where were they serving this and did you try it?  Looks like sausage on it too.
Thanks for sharing the journey.  Get pics.

I've never heard of it either. On MSC they served Breakfast Pizza though.

Hope it was just a temporary closure. That would be a great place to enter or leave port.

The starboard doors were open at Cape Canaveral.  You hd to push a button on the wall for it to open. The port ones were locked.

At Coco Cay the starboard was open again

Yes, it appears that the Port doors have been locked for some time. . . even when pushing the button. Thanks.
