Cash instead of promo chips ($25) for Platinum/Diamond on recent sailing

You have to go to the Casino cashier to get the benefit.  We got cash on the Pride and Elation and the others were free play.

I received cash on Carnival Legend in December and Carnival Sunrise in February. I'm hoping to collect more cash again this week on the Legend.

Ooo, Ooo, Ooo, good to just now read that was the case for you earlier.  You should expect that same result on the Friday cruise, and it (according to what was explained to me on Carnival Sunrise) also indicates something else about the Carnival Liberty casino options that could be beneficial next month as well. 💲

Will 'splain on Friday.  Also . . . the ship is getting a new thruster installed Friday morning to replace that one you and C broke two weeks ago. 😄

Thruster work tomorrow morning huh? I wonder if they've going to arrive extra early for that repair as was the case upon the end of our last sailing where they pulled back up to the terminal at 2 something am to load up the part!!

We've been on several Mardi Gras, & Horizon since July, where they gave us chips or freeplay. So, very surprised when on Freedom, they gave us cash. Even gave my husband his $500 freeplay from his casino deal in cash. Found out that the older ships do not have it set up for freeplay to your acct.

The (older) glory will probably give you the cash. The new radiance will have the freeplay set up to your acct.
