barbatkins Posted April 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 30, 2022 I sent email 3 weeks ago asking to have my civil service discount applied to my booking in October….included my copy of retirement letter still no reply… any ideas how long it takes?? I used mscexistingreservations.com and got a military discount; however, that was in 2019 and the response was good. I sent a message to the same Email a few weeks ago and got no response, but it was a different issue. I had a cruise canceled, I was to get obc, but now they won't honor that, said I cancelled, I did not. They weren't helpful because the only reason I was contacting them was because my travel agent with MIA and they said I needed the TA to help me. Over 40 emails for numerous issues on multiple cruises. Crap CS. Call them and they will tell you a supervisor will contact you in 48-72. Lol. Not!!
