Why can't they get things right?

Just received a very nice email about my upcoming cruise- things to do, opportunities for excursions, etc.

Except- they proclaimed that it was less than 30 days before I sailed. HUH? After double checking that they in fact had me booked on the cruise that I thought I was on- it is 35 day until I sail. Little things mean a lot.

They sent me an email about my upcoming cruise and told me I had  £450 OBC. Problem is that I cancelled that cruise months ago and never paid the balance. I wonder what the response would have been had I turned up! 🤣

Perhaps you should check online and see if they are actually expecting you! Maybe the good fairy paid off your cruise? Computers can't ALWAYS work against us- sometimes they must be our friends.

Too late it already sailed! It had disappeared from my online account anyway.

Gosh!  A marketing email that was send 5 days early!  Now that’s noteworthy.

On our last cruise (Silhouette in May) on the first night we received a nice 4 page tour brochure from the excursions desk which specifically highlighted 4 tours that they highly recommended. The only problem was that all the tours were for the previous sailing.

On Summit last week, many excursions were canceled with no explanation.
The ship didn’t provide decent maps or port guides like they used to do.
Advice:  before sailing, get info and maps.  Don’t depend on going on a tour.

Our last granddaughter came 10 days early. 🤬

Who do I complain to?

(That was a joke. 😉)
