Symphony or Concerto Dining Room on Regal?

We make reservations for a two-top in alternating dinning rooms to give us variety in décor. We're not that concerned about having the same wait staff learning out preferences since we typically change them up from day to day, again for variety. For example, one night in Concerto, the next in Symphony, a third in a specialty, and again in Concerto or Symphony, etc. We also prefer to have a different table location every night to enjoy different perspectives of the room. Being seated at the same table for the entire cruise can get a bit boring after a while, especially on longer cruises.

All of the MDRs serve the same food, including the ones for Club Class.

Although you do get the choice of one additional main course in CC dining.
