puggylicious Posted July 16, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Do you need to make show reservations on the Adventure? If so is that through the app once I board the ship? I have not seen much recent info about this ship here on Cruise Critic. Anyone have recent experiences to share?
Cruise a holic Posted July 16, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Read reviews on cruise critic. I do no recall making any reservations in May.
shippmates Posted July 16, 2022 #3 Share Posted July 16, 2022 I did not make reservations in June. The crew is slowly getting back in the swing of things, Some of the service was very slow but since you have no where to go no big deal.
cruiseguy1016 Posted July 16, 2022 #4 Share Posted July 16, 2022 The only show that you MIGHT need to make reservations for is the ice show. Some ships are requiring it, some aren't.
broadwaybaby123 Posted July 16, 2022 #5 Share Posted July 16, 2022 When I was on there, no. If you do plan on going to the ice show, however, get there early!
meadowlander Posted July 16, 2022 #6 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Adventure's ice show does not take reservations. The suggestion to arrive early is a good one.
Rare Oceansaway17 Posted July 19, 2022 #7 Share Posted July 19, 2022 well I have sailed on three Oasis class ships this year and each cruise I was able to get in on standby for a 2nd viewing. Always room in the back to stand or sit. Same thing with most shows. Folks always in the back. Comedy club and BIG production shows can fill up otherwise just wing it and most likely will be good. Corby114 Posted July 20, 2022 #8 Share Posted July 20, 2022 I was just on the Adventure Of The Seas five day sailing to Bermuda on June 9th with my family. There wasn’t any need for any reservations to any of the shows. The only shortages I noticed was wine wine in most of the bars on the ship. For some reason there was also shortages of lemonade and orange juice during the trip. The bars had orange juice for mixers but there was no availability in the Windjammer unless you wanted to spend extra on fresh squeezed orange juice.
