nelblu Posted July 17, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2022 Has any Prime members received Casino Royale Offers form the UK site. Got the following yesterday and the offers are excellent, especially the 1st 2, as compared to what I'm offered on the US site. Wish I could take advantage, but I have some 3 sails between September and December of this year. If anyone has received any UK offers, have you utilized the US Casino Royale desk to book any of the offered sails? Ps. Did not realize that there's multiple Casino Royale desks with different and distinct offers. It happens! Looks like there was a typo in our phone number. But, your COMPLIMENTARY INTERIOR STATEROOM on any of the sailings below is still available! Call us at 0344 5717 395 to claim your top pick. To redeem your offer, make sure you mention your unique offer code — 22UKS103 — when you call to book. That is what I surmised, but one has to be a total loser. Also, I'm at the '22-23 fiscal year level of $1,500 points. I'm not an expert but I think you have to stake $12,500.00 not actually spend (lose it), technically I suppose if you were lucky you could play the same $100 stake over and over if you won a bit/lost a bit to achieve the required level. If the incentives are this good with free cruises I'm guessing the likelihood of this though is quite low.

For the last 2-3 years I've been getting promos and offers from the Royal UK. The Casino offers just popped up and I was surprised that there are various and distinct Casino Royale programs & offers. That is the reason for my post to see if anyone on CC has received any like communications and how successful. You can call the US side and possibly get an answer to your inquiry. Below is the URL address, if of any help. Royal Caribbean International <royalcaribbean@email.royalcaribbean.co.uk>
Rare little britain Posted July 18, 2022 #12 Share Posted July 18, 2022 How do they track your spend at the tables? If you got $500 of chips; and cashed out after having won $50 would that could as 500 or 50 towards your points? Or is it machine spend only? I played a slot up and down for a few nights, total output of money was around $500. So you really don't have to put in that amount of money to get to Prime.

This is the first time as an e-mail, especially from the UK. I did receive a postcard from the US side for a 5 niter on Mariner which I utilized this past December. Usually, I get $ off coupons or notices in cabin while cruising.
nelblu Posted July 20, 2022 Author #17 Share Posted July 20, 2022 As an update. the offers received from Casino Royale UK can only be redeemed via their desk. Also, they are under my wife's name and unfortunately my beloved passed away in 2020. However, I looked at the US offers and there was one "for a trade-in up to $500." So. I redeemed the offer on the Club Royale website for 8 nite Anthem sailing on February 4, 2023. Requested a balcony cabin. Got approval of the acceptance yesterday, but unfortunately it was for a virtual balcony. The total cost was taxes & fees of about $220. I'm a bit claustrophobic and called today to ascertain if I can upgrade to an Oceanview Balcony. The Club Royale agent (Hubert) was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very pleased when he told me that the upgrade would cost me a big $5.00. Bottom line, getting an 8 niter for a total of $227.68.😀😀

Roybthered Posted July 24, 2022 #19 Share Posted July 24, 2022 My DW has been prime the last 2 years but has only received correspondence from the US Casino Royale and it cost us £166 to sort out the cruise as we had to call Miami !!! Any additional items we have to pay a foreign transaction fee, so our free cruise is not so free (taxes, flights etc), sorry complimentary. Can we sort it through the UK number in the future or any add on's?
