NoS Promenade Room Question

Which deck, 7 or 8, and why? And what about location?

Lol I always choose deck 6. One deck to run up and down. I like across from the cafe so I can see in the morning when its opening and people are there. Its quiet. No parades since restart. I've heard over a bar can be noise but I've only been over stores or the safe. This is liberty and this time over the cafe. I prefer the other side but this was available. 

 

Deck 7 is 2 flights up, lol I prefer closer. 8 even worse view.

Avoid a location opposite the pub. We found the music to be very loud and could hear it in our room till well past midnight.

We like deck seven. Rooms above and below you.

Currently we're on deck 7, but thought about moving to deck 8. Is that too high?

After reading many suggestions on this board we decided on floor 7.  We also changed cabins because we were near a bar.  Good luck and enjoy!

We have been in the exact same location and really enjoyed the room. I think I prefer deck 6 because you are closer and can see what is going on better.

The view isn't as good from deck 8/ Looking straight down.

The windows on deck 8 do angle in a little to accommodate a better view. (See pic)

This has been a helpful thread. We booked a deck 7 promenade on the Adventure. Our reasoning was wanting cabins above and below us but still wanting a decent view of the promenade. I made sure we are not above or across from any bars/pub.  Based on comments here, I think we picked okay.

Agreed prmssk, we got 7295 on Navi.

Usually we go with a balcony, but we just got back in May from a 10 day Med Cruise on X and a few days before in Rome. Thought we'd save a little money on this one and go simple and use the extra funds somewhere else ($600 more to get a balcony).
