turnaround time for laundry

If I send it out in the morning when will it get returned? Been too long since my last cruise and I don't remember.

The last two cruises I have taken, when I left laundry out in the morning it came back the following morning.

On the Elation 2 weeks ago.....went out that morning and came back late that evening.

On Splendor last week. Left it out in the morning, room steward returned to us that same evening,.

I always try to grab my room steward early in the day to give it to him, and almost always get it back in the evening.  But small amount of times it can depend on what cruise it is and if there are a lot of platinum/diamond guests since we get free laundry...it can delay things.

This!  If you get it to them early you are more likely to get it back that evening, but it can take until the next day so plan accordingly.

Often the turnaround is that evening, but it depends on how many other people are sending laundry out.

 

And toward the end of the cruise, how many people are trying to avoid doing laundry when they get home. If you wait too long, oops. Or they may cut off last laundry day earlier.

I believe the new forms actually say if picked up by 9am it’s back that evening.  Yo make sure we have it to them night before and it was back that next evening.

On our trip on the Pride if it was in by 9:00 it was back in the evening. There were two days when it did not come back until the next morning.

Its always been Same day service with me, I put it out on the bed in the morning and returned back by 5pm.

I wouldn't worry about the turnaround time.  It's not like you're going to wear something after it's been through the Carnival "washer-dryer gauntlet"...
