Favorite beverage/cocktail...its been awhile

- Jalepeno margarita

- French 75

- Lemon drop

- Cucumber gin gimlet

And my favorite at the Martini bar is a French martini. 

The French Caribbean is my favorite as well!  It is a dash of Chambord at the bottom, passion fruit puree and rum.

On solstice live at the moment. To my surprise our favorite Affogato is still available here 🙂

You can get any of the Sushi on 5 drinks at the World Class Bar. Just ask. My vote is also for the Zacapa Old Fashioned there. Does everyone know that the grated ingredient is dark chocolate? French Caribbean in the afternoon. It is made with coconut rum.

I remember they used grated chocolate in the past, they are using this on the solstice now.

Regarding the Zacapa Old Fashioned: The bitters go in the liquids before stirring, the dark chocolate gets shaved onto the finished drink before serving.  And the orange peel of course...

 I also like the Affogato very much.  I do have them make a slight modification to mine, I ask for them to add a shot of Bailey's ! !

Aperol Spritz is my go-to for by the pool.

The Zacapa Old Fashion at the WCB is really fabulous.

They made me delicious New York sours at the Ensemble lounge on the Eclipse this past May (it's a whiskey sour with a dark red wine float). Delicious!
