Cancelled drink package?

My drink package is still showing up as cancelled on the Celebrity site.  Anyone else?

It’s an IT glitch…said the same on my 9 day cruise 2 weeks ago, no issues..

What does it show on your booking invoice?   Do you have an email confirming your order? If you put it in your shopping cart and did not complete payment and checkout this is what it looks like

I read a suggestion in another group to just add it back.  Seemed to work…even got a confirmation email.

As long as your booking confirmation has All Included or Always Included listed as a line item or in the Promotions section I wouldn't worry about it.    One of my AI bookings also shows it as refunded but the internet package is still there.

 

Wouldn't it be nice if under Manage Reservation could accurately reflect the following?

 

Beverage Package:  (Classic/Premium/None)

Internet Package:   (Basic/Premium/None)

Gratuities: (Included/Will be billed to your seapass account)

 

I bet this would reduce their customer service call load by at least 25%

Ours still show up as cancelled as well under Order History.

However after check-in (via App) our Xpass show CALL.  So I assume everything is fine.

What you suggest is way too easy.   Maybe you could send your comment to the executive offices where someone with the ability to make changes, especially positive ones, might fix this.  Include your CClub number and phone contact.
