Login problems... anyone else?

Welcome to Princess web woes. This is not unusual, especially on weekends.

 

Others have said Princess is the second worst website in the cruise industry; all the others are tied for first. Makes sense to me.

 

Anyhow, I too had trouble signing on for a couple hours, then bingo, all's well. Typical.

After many, many  tries, I was able to book the cruise I wanted.  Still working on another.  This is absolutely ridiculous regardless of what they may be doing with updating on the weekends.  Gosh, how does every other website manage to keep running 24/7 or at a minimum, tell you they'll be out for a couple of hours?  I'm disgusted, but obviously not enough to quit trying.....

I have had issues for the last two days with both the website and app. It is crazy. And considering many folks have time to browse for vacations on the weekends that has to be the world's worst time to pull stuff down to tinker with it.

Still nope. I have tried different computers, different browsers and my cell phone. It is actually getting to be a game for me. (Yeah I know I work in a casino so the odds are against me). Just one more time and it will work. Darn. One more time. Darn. I guess my humor is just getting warped.

So, your issue is logging in to your account?  On your devices, make sure to clear history and cache. Do any updates on the phone and the App.  
 

The weekend updates happened on Fri and Saturday.  You should be able to get in. 
 

If you still can’t, I’d call PCL and have them check the website for your account.

Once they get you in to the website, you should be able to get into the Princess App.

I can log into my account on both my home and work computers as well as my phone. But it won't save my vaccination card to the system. Last night I had to call Princess for a client and while I had the rep on the phone I asked about the issue.

 

Of course their response was the total opposite of those on these boards. Supposedly it will cause quite the problem at the port check in if my vaccination card isn't loaded to the Medallion app. It will delay my check in and possibly prevent me from getting onboard even with the hard copy of my vaccination card. Guess I will find out on Saturday. Odds are definitely in favor with those on these boards that all will be fine.

No, not true!

I’ve been on a lot of cruises since the restart and uploaded everything.  They did not care.  They wanted to see the original vax card and passport.  I also uploaded my covid test.  Nope, wanted to see that too, even with a QR code.

 

So, clearly this is a rep who has not cruised.  They really need more training.

 

You could tell them to read the Princess website.  It says bring all your documents with you to the port, so there are no issues.

 

I was through the line in about 2 mins every time. 
 

You will not get delayed or denied boarding…that’s ridiculous!
