So how was the event? I got a flyer in my stateroom but it said tomorrow. So the. Ext day when about 25 we’re waiting and waiting and the doors to the theater were closed, thought this is odd. So someone went and asked and were told it was yesterday. The flyer had the date but who’s counting dates? Bummed I missed it.

I received an email from RCI with some info. So far my impression is that the ship doesn't look very relaxing. I'm very interested to see the various venues.

We actually had two events. Onevat 2:00 and a repeat at 3:00

Odd part about ship is the full capacity 😱

 

Its 250,000 GT, so about 20,000 bigger than Oasis.  And dbl occpancy is very similar,  around 5,400. Sounds promissing, right.

 

But full occupancy is 1,000 more at 7,500. That's a lot of quad cabins. 😉

I guess they haven't learned much about cramming too many people into a confined space. But yeah, those numbers look like this is going to be a family (kids) ship.

When we were on Navigator in Feb we got lamb chops in the main dining room, on Ovation in August it was lamb cutlets or something drenched in some gravy not as good very disappointed. Were you in the MDR what is a F&B manager that Laura got the chops from?

Will I have to go to Chops to get lamb chops on Liberty next spring,?

Yes, we were in MDR. It came to pass because we ran into Costin (actually Food & Beverage Director) outside the Jammer. He asked us how things were going, and we said very nice.

 

Then I asked if I could ask him a question. So I asked if the lamb swap was for this sailing, a temporary issue, or permanent. He felt it was permanent. 

 

So Laura said that's to bad, it's her favorite menu. Then he whipped out a little notebook and asked what our table number was. Laura said that wasn't necessary,  but he insisted. 

 

I guess he got them from Chops

 

As far as next spring, I really don't know. I would ask when you board
