Anyislandwilldo Posted December 8, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 8, 2022 I know I can cash out my OBC on a slot machine in the casino but my question is can I cash out all the OBC issued to the room? Sis and I are going and I get $500 for booking a casino offer. So is it all mine or does it all belong to the room? Thanks.

If a casino offer, the casino cash belongs to the person who received the offer and booked it

OBC is divided unless you have one sail and sign account for the room for both of you
mistycruiser Posted December 8, 2022 #4 Share Posted December 8, 2022 Are you sure it's OBC? Because many of the casino offers may include a limited amount of OBC but the majority is usually free play.

A common casino offer, I think it’s: Plan Now, Play Later, or something like that, is $500 OBC for the room. I had a B2B on Valor this summer with $500 OBC on each of the 5 days. Rare Tom-n-Cheryl Posted December 8, 2022 #6 Share Posted December 8, 2022 Still formulating a strategy for our May Celebration sailing. We'll be getting a little over $7,000 in OBC (75th Milestone OBC and $2,000 casino OBC) so it's going to take some type of - table game - strategy of purchasing chips each day, playing a token amount, rinse/repeat... We'll see! What I don't want to do is have to hit the jewelry/watch store in order to use it ! ! ! Tom

Yes it was stated as OBC and not casino play
mz-s Posted December 8, 2022 #8 Share Posted December 8, 2022 Have heard you can just draw cash out at the S&S kiosks you don’t even need to do the casino rigamarole. Have not tried yet to be able to confirm that though.

Just take the FP in chips, minimum bet on black or red, DO NOT CHANGE. Changing defeats the purpose. I usually look at the trend board and see what color is trending and I bet that trend. If it's a $25 wager, you place it, and if it hits, you get $25 + you get to get your $25 wager....$25 profit Slow and boring grind, but it works on freeplay. I usually come away +50% I'm good with that and then I go lose it in slots. I'm brilliant

Pre-cruise you can purchase slot or table play... $50 gets you $55 in chips. I purchased $500 worth, and turned that into $650 on the first night after churning through the promo chips. Rare EngIceDave Posted December 8, 2022 #11 Share Posted December 8, 2022 Nice My wife doesn't like gambling, because she hates losing, but freeplay is a whole different story, she's more than happy to sit at the roulette wheel grinding out the freeplay into conversion. She's happy and proud when she comes out ahead. She won't do it with real money

At least price drop OBC, refunds (port fees, cancelled excursions, etc) are refundable. I'm sure there are other types, but I couldn't list them off-hand.

john91498 Posted December 9, 2022 #18 Share Posted December 9, 2022 Not sure if it's been answered, but we had $700 in obc and loaded into the poker table. Played 1 hand and then cashed out. Went to the cage and cashed out for the $700.
resetjet Posted December 9, 2022 #19 Share Posted December 9, 2022 (edited) 1 hour ago, EngIceDave said: Of course, stuff happens LOL You can put a $1 chip on the inside on all of the black or red numbers. It will cost you $18 and you will have 36 chips if you win ($18 win) but if you split the zero's with one dollar and it hits, you will have 18 dollars so you will lose a single dollar. the thing I have found about roulette is although that ball has no memory, things run in streaks, good or bad. I have seen everything possible happen. While you are correct on the odds being close to 50/50, that is with a million spins. In one night at a casino doing 50-100 spins, anything can happen. You can easily wind up 75/25 or 25/75. It really sucks when you get 8 or 10 losers in a row which happens all the time if you stick to one color. I try to make the game as random as possible and stay away from numbers that are cold. I do agree that roulette is probably the best way to convert. It also pays higher comps then craps or BJ.
