It's a HazMat endorsement. 

But you are correct you have to enter according to each airlines hoop to jump through.

And just so you know, I get this but Melania does not and when we flew outta LAX yesterday, I declined my privileges just to stay with her.  I believe there's some sorta spouse award that she said I was nominated for.

Edit: That's for the heads up. We just replaced it with the Miss Behaved Game show. We went to this in Vegas and it was a hoot. Sorta like let's make a deal/The Quest kinda audience participation show.

Better than in the steakhouse eating dining. I'm pretty sure that is what happened on our last cruise and he left the room quickly.
