Drink of the Day

We will be on the Harmony in April. We didn't purchase the drink package, I heard that there's a "drink of the day" that is cheaper in price. Anyone know how much and a list of the drink per day?

That varies (both the drink itself and the price), but usually about $10. Search for an old compass (at the blog site) to see past examples.

These tend toward the froufrou end of the drink spectrum so may not be your bevie of choice.

Saw this posted on FB.  A couple of people think they're cute and posted snarky comments.   And, I agree, DOD is always an "umbrella" drink.  Lots of juice/mixer, little alcohol.

You can call just about anything an "umbrella drink", how about this one:

Personally, some beers give you a better bang for the watered down drink.  Just ask for it with an umbrella

Thank you everyone for being nice about my question. We cruise twice a year, always get the drink package, but April we will be traveling with family members that don't cruise. They opted not to purchase the package so we didn't either (didn't want them to feel that they had to). We will not be drinking as much as usually do on this one.

I don't think it is *always* an option on every sailing. I didn't see it on Liberty in Sept but saw it on Allure in Oct

This was a DOD on my Anthem sailing in December.  I tried one and it was good if you like rum.
