Vanishing points

Well this is interesting.  I have over 1200 earned Captain's club points, now when I log into my account on the Celebrity website it shows zero points and lists my level as preview rather than Elie plus.

 

Anyone else seeing the same thing?

I noticed mine had disappeared as well and I just tried the instructions above and it worked. I am 208 points away from elite plus! yay (lol)

There has been at least a 1/2 dozen threads on this - 

 

No need to call in.   Just go into your profile (easiest to do using the app).   Delete your CC number and save then put back in and save.   It fixes in less than a  minute.

All manner of issues with Captain's Club points.   After my last cruise was issued a new number.  My old number show as zero points.  Followed procedure above and number came back invalid number.

Isn't Celebrity IT wonderful.
