I got the email today, but it definitely isn't coming up free for me, not sure why.  It says my casino savings have been applied, but it still wants to charge me for the cruise.  Definitely not complimentary, unfortunately!  Oh, well, we have our free 9 night coming up in a few weeks - I'll enjoy that one!  Not sure why it said complimentary, and sounds like others have gotten it to work for them.

We are having the same issue. Over $1800.00 for a balcony cabin. Can only book online.  😢

I got the same free Solstice offer today that I got a few days ago to start this post. Will be skipping this offer and hopefully waiting for a free Caribbean offer with many ships and sailings. Was on a free Reflection sailing in Dec. and have an Equinox cruise next month. Not sure when the weather gets warmer if these offers will continue.

Reason is the ship  is not selling well . One cruise in March about 60 % booked ,so Blue Chip is active  .These free cabin deals are very rare when sales are brisk

How do you know the booking percentage?  We are on this cruise in March. Do you know which date is at 60%?  We sail March 4th and suites are completely sold out.

I was getting the same issue for the April dates but it worked fine for other dates. However I tried again last night and was able to book for the April 8th sailing at the $7 per day plus taxes and fees.

We spent last 2 weeks on Solstice Jan 24 to Feb 4th on BCC offers.  The 1st week was the Catalina Island, Cabo, San Diego route and the ship had only 900 passengers.  The 2nd week was the 3 Mexican ports with 1900 passengers. If you like sailing on empty ships, look at the same route as 1st week.  This cruise attracts lots of CA residents and I just don't think that is a great Interary for them.

Does anyone know whether the Apex 2/18 cruise is one of the BCC offered cruises? The reason I ask is that a few weeks ago, there were numerous cabins available. A lot. Now, the ship is virtually maxed out.

Apex is not among the sailings listed in the promo email that we received a couple of days ago.

Was on her twice last year, I only have the random sampling of passengers I spoke to, 2/3 said were they were there due to a comped BCC offer

I went back and looked at the offer and it was only for the Solstice. As I previously posted, I will wait for sailings from Florida that hopefully will come.

I think that there's a large group on that cruise.

I do not understand how some of you are getting multiple offers and I have never been offered even one! My husband and I are both members in BCC though we are only Pearl on the tier. ???? Why???

Hey, it's hit or miss.  The BCC offers that I have been receiving in my email account are actually for my son!!  He and I have been gambling together on the last few cruises.  Nothing huge, mind you, as we are both Pearl tier members.  I have yet to receive any offers while I get to read (and forward on) around 5-10 offers for my son since July!!  Oh, and he is too busy to take the free cruises.  They say that "youth is wasted on the young".  Well so are free BCC cruises!

Should be noted that status doesn't really matter because you can have top status, go on one sailing and never play.  For these comped offers on X, only your last sailing play counts

So, could these offers be forwarded to me or for they only for the person who gets the e-mail?

No, the booking codes have to be part of your profile, so even if you have the booking codes you won't be able to use them if they weren't sent to you.

For those who did receive the most recent offer in the Mexican Riviera, the one that says you must book online, there's a snafu with IT and it's not registering. I phoned the BCC and the CSR took care of it for me. He's the one that explained that there's a problem on the website. By calling I also saved the $1/day/person "online booking fee", so hey, $14 more dollars to spend.
