I tried but could'nt find on the X site. For sailings through April 30th, they are doing full refunds. They may ask for proof of the positive test, they may not. miched Posted February 4, 2023 #7 Share Posted February 4, 2023 If you use a TA you have to go thru them. I learned the very time consuming process of many days and hours being on the phone talking with the Celebrity reps. Then I was told that I had to go thru my TA. The TA processed it and I got the refund in about a week. Be prepared to submit all of the documentation of the test results, booking number and etc. Celebrity won’t automatically refund it.
