They aren't comping the companion, they are putting the drinks under the one DOU folio.  Servers can't zero out drinks, thy don't enter prices

I should not of used the word comp. The server was bringing us a drink at a time on her S&S card.

We've had several servers broke the rules on numerous cruises. If it was such a risk, I doubt they would be doing it.

yup I agree..I would never internally put a servers job at risk..its usually a " don't ask don't tell" situation ..Carnival probably doesn't even care that much as it keeps both of us in the casino

If his offer did not specifically say "and companion" it will not extend to you.  If you have a separate,  identical and currently valid casino offer, call your PVP and have it applied.

I recently booked a casino discounted offer (not "free"). I'm 90% certain it said DOU for me and companion, but now I can't find anything that says that on my booking. Can someone point me to where I would find this? I've never booked a casino rate before.

Complete this form.  Be sure your information is accurate.  They will not research if your information is wrong,  https://oceanplayersclub.com/contact/comp/

call customer service, I have my wife and son (21) in the cabin; they said it wasn't clear if they were included in the DOU offer, but did put in the account notes to include them; hopefully this works, we'll see.  The service rep seemed very confident that all 3 of us would be included.

The offer will state DOU for you, or DOU for you and your companion.

Neither of those extend to third or fourth guests in the cabin. The terms of the offer says that.

Adding in a note won't change that.

Yes, use the link from Elaine5715 above. We have three cruises with slightly different Casino Offers booked right now and they were able to confirm the offer for each one. Definitely a good idea to print out the responses and bring with you on the cruise since there really isn't any place on the CCL website that specifies what was included with the offer used.

It will not work.  DOU is never for three people.  There are no "account notes".  All casino benefits to the first two named guests, never anymore.  This language is under Terms and Conditions.  Offer is capacity controlled and is not combinable with any other discount or promotional offer. This promotional offer is applicable for first and second guests only; third, fourth and fifth guests are responsible for prevailing cruise rates.

Casino perks are never included on booking.
