I have not been able to find any information on a 5th E Class ship on order, so I figured they were done for now. Even the latest CC article about new cruise ships shows nothing beyond the Ascent on order.

New Cruise Ships on Order | Cruise Critic

During our cruise in 2017 a captain introduced the Edge class stating that 4 ships are officially coming and then with a pause he whispered - “a little secret - actually, there will be 5 ships coming up).”

Ultimate".

Too many letters.

Well then how about ULTIMA???

Ultima has the same number of letters as Beyond and Ascent.

In Latin, ultima is the feminine form of the adjective ultimus ("farthest or last"), the superlative form of ulter, meaning "situated beyond.

We are sailing on Beyond on April 16-23. Maybe this has been covered in the past but what shows are a do not miss? Plus if you had to pick one specialty restaurant what would it be? Do you need to make reservations for the shows ahead of time?
We are dining in Blu! Can we get an entree from one of the 4 MDR’s if we so choose?

Any help would be appreciated…

We loved every show in Eden. Spent so much of our evenings there. But the main theater had great entertainment too. And we really enjoyed the way the theater was designed. With the circular stage and the giant screens behind. It was very innovative and made the stage seem far larger than it actually was.

I can't answer about dining in Blu, but we enjoyed the 4 main dining room concept. And, honestly? Loved everything about the ship, except for the IV where we were so-so on it. Enjoy your cruise, I'm sure it will be wonderful!

Thanks so much! What’s the concept with Eden? Is it just open for shows ? You just walk-in sit down and watch?

Do you need to make reservation to the shows in the main theatre ahead of time?

Thanks again!

Eden is dinner with a show and you will need reservations and it costs $$. The main theater does not take reservations, if you are in a Suite on Chic nights a section in the main theater is reserved for suites.

Here is the description of Eden for the website

Eden Restaurant

Dinner at Eden Restaurant isn’t just a meal. It’s an extraordinary culinary journey, featuring an open kitchen, innovative dishes, and three levels of design excellence. Simple. Natural. Delicious. The experience in Eden restaurant is inspired by the cuisines and regions of the world.

Eden consists of three components. There's a restaurant on the lower level that is open for dinner only by reservations. There's the main Eden space that's has a bar, a performance space, a ramp that spirals around the performance space with seating nooks that either look out at the aft panoramic windows or are secluded nooks. Last is a separate cafe to the left of the bar that's open for breakfast and lunch only and is complementary. The shows are done on the performance space adjacent to the bar and no reservations. The shows can be just a solo performer, or a variety type of show with the singers and dancers and aerialists and acrobatics.
