Welcome, there's a few other perks like drinks with the officers and Sailaway from the helicopter area, both with cocktails and champagne 

There's a letter in your cabin explaining all the perks

That is now been stopped. Also priority tendering is no longer a given. It will be determined voyage to voyage. Celebrity has also decided the traditional evening CC HH in the Sky Lounge will not be brought back.

Rccl diamond perks are better than celebrity elite but celebrity suite perks are way better than rccl.

Thank you everyone for the information.  I have never been on a Celebrity cruise and not sure how it compares to RC...is the food quality the same, better?

IMO, like most things about cruising, food is subjective. Can very from ship to ship. From one day to the other. We equally enjoy our food selections on RC and Celebrity.

In addition to the website CC list there are ship specific list of perks/benefits just like with RCs CAS.

We are D+ trying out Celebrity for the first time in April. The no happy hour the first night baffles me, but ok their sandbox, their rules. 

We are hopeful that it's a good cruise, but it's likely that we will just stick with Royal after that.

Look  at it this way. You’ll get a variety of great benefits on  your first Celebrity cruise. Even more benefits than those who have sailed Celebrity many times.

Don’t forget, at least if it hasn’t changed, the reciprocity is not automatic.  You need to call  Celebrity at the Captain’s Club number and sign up.
