Shouldn't my Set Sail Pass have SUITE on it?

Our passes don't have a color banner, the whole pass has the color like before.  Might be different by ship class.  We are on Oasis.

I can see the changes on the website version but my app is still glitchy and will not show me my SetSail Pass - I am sure it will be resolved in the next while or so.

Had this issue last month.  It never showed up on the computer properly.   Luckily they showed up right in the app at first and I moved them to my digital wallet and they showed correctly from then on there.  But later they didn’t show the suite part in the Royal app.  Very odd.  No practical issues from it since we just showed the version on our phones to enter the suite area at embarkation.

Ours now say suite, but still all purple. As long as it gets us on ship, we are good

Mine was there, but then disappeared the day before boarding navigator in Feb.  They weren’t going to let us board in the suite line.  I dug up my email from the suite concierge, and she finally let us board.  My advice- bring a printed copy of your invoice, and welcome letter from the concierge when you board.

Diamond - Light Blue Set Sail Pass

Diamond Plus - Purple Set Sail Pass

Pinnacle - Someone help me out on that one as I have not reached that level to see 😁. Probably blue like the Crown and Anchor Pinnacle badge

So, I had saved mine to my Apple Wallet when I checked in last week. It didn’t say Suite. I just checked the Wallet again. No Suite. Went into the App. No Suite. Went back into the Wallet and it suddenly says Suite. All in the matter of three minutes.  Very strange.

I have just sent a report to RC IT department with all the data they need to look at the set sail APP issue 

 

They asked me to check I am running latest iOS update of app 1.40.1 which I am (released 4/5/2023)

Not sure for Android

uninstall app

reinstall app

logout

login

etc etc etc.. 

A ticket has been created, let’s see how that goes

Thanks for the update! I’m hoping they get that bug fixed soon as I keep impulsively checking my app to see the new changes but I can’t open my pass still haha

Same here, just tried to pull it up in the app again and it doesn't work.
