Best way to know when prices drop on booked cruise?

Go to Royal's website and price check?

We booked through a TA, saved $2300 (vs. direct) over three cabins, but I noted what the 'current' RCI price would have been if we booked through them.  So I occasionally just check what Royal's price is and compare it to what I noted.

Then empty your list and try to add new cruises and get a message telling you your list is full. 🙄

Confirmed!  Or you'll get an "Unable to add" error.  It's consistently inconsistent.

Prices drop??? LOL.

I don't think you have to worry about that too much anymore.

Yes you do. Alaska prices have been going down. Rebooked twice and saved 400.

As far as watching for price drops there is no easy way. A watch list just gets you advertised price without crown and anchor discount, senior, or residency unless that is in there somewhere.
