This is the recipe that I use for Planter’s Punch. The original tiki drink from Don the Beachcomber from 1937.

I’ve been seeing a lot of changes Royal has made to original cocktail recipes. While I intend to make my own tweaks in the future, my goal at the moment is to stick to Royal’s recipes, liquor/spirit choices, and procedures.

Just got off Vision yesterday and tried quite a few of these. Found a new drink that I love-a frozen peach daiquiri. So good on a hot day by the pool.  Any ideas regarding the recipe? I saw them pouring a peach juice/purée (?) from a carton.

This is a fun thread. Thanks for sharing!

It's either one of these two brands.  Do you happen to know the name of the drink and/or the bar you ordered it from?

It was the one on the right and I’m not sure of the official name. I just ordered a “frozen peach daiquiri”. I believe they could make it in mango and strawberry as well.

It's probably a regular Daiquiri made with the peach mix.

MEZCAL MULE

I thought I was not going to like this.  When I tried the Ilegal Joven Mezcal by itself, it tasted like smoked salmon to me.  But when I tried this cocktail, I liked it.  The taste was unusual, but I liked it.  I actually wanted to make more after.
