Medallion App - Technical Question

On my phone and tablet, the App has no exit button that I can find.  It is hiding somewhere?

On my tablet, the App rotates 90 degrees in the wrong direction. All other apps go the other

way 90 degrees.  Any idea of changing some App setting?

You can click on your Profile (picture)

lower right, then move down you’ll see the sign out.

Don’t know why it’s angle is off. I use an iphone, no problem.

You can try reporting the issue to the OCEAN IT team.  You can phone in and choose the selection from phone tree options or email here:

I never sign off.  More afraid of not being able to sign in again (lol).  If I need to, I just close the app manually (toggle up), and it will reopen when I click on the app again with no need to sign in.

There is no "exit"...just close it

See Pos t#2.  There is a sign out option.   I never looked for it before reading this thread.  I personal just close it like you say.

Fully agree with @PacnGoNow...but signing out is not the same as exiting the app, which is what the OP asked about.

Yeah, that makes sense.  I guess in reality no app has an "exit" button.

That’s why I assumed they wanted to sign out.  They said phone and tablet.

I just scroll up on my phone with Apps, assumed OP already knew that though.

No worries.

Following up.....

Found the Sign Out.

But it still leaves the App open.

The App locks the swipe function of my tablet so I can't get back to the main screen.

Phone version lets me get back to main screen.

Both are Android.

Must be something with this particular version of Tablet. I will try on another.

I am work through getting a book or three downloaded for travel times, etc......

Me too, and turns out it was about log off button.   Either way, I typically just scroll up too for this app.   For these kind of travel apps, if we don't have anything in the planning stage I usually turn off data too.
