Port Valet for Beyond in FLL

The only conversation I can find is from last year.

We just did this on another cruise and it was wonderful, wondering if Celebrity has implemented this yet

for their ships in Florida?

I believe this is a service offered by the port of Seattle for cruises ending there since there are a lot of later flights to allow people to tour Seattle.

Did not have the service for the Beyond in Florida.  As mentioned, Seattle has Port Valet.

Celebrity had Luggage Valet on Equinox in September. It started sometime in August.

Just curious.  If you debark in FLL but fly out of Miami, can you do luggage valet?

From Equinox, yes.  The flight has to be within their time parameters

 

It appears that the luggage valet service is not available yet for the other ships

In the past you could, just needed a later flight

We received a flier in our room mid-cruise.  It was well worth the fee.

The big advantage in Florida is if you have later flights.  Many airlines no longer take luggage earlier than 4 hours before the flight in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.  With luggage valet we can process through security and relax in the airline lounge for the wait.  An additional benefit is that they don't weigh the luggage.  We used to be a couple of pounds over in one bag and had to carry a scale around.
